Discovery Week 1 - Responsibility and Leadership Foundations

For our leaders in trainings, July is all about learning about leadership skills, facilitation techniques, how to create and lead group activities and of course…HAVING FUN! With 4 weeks available, each week focuses on the one of the four core tenets of being a great camp counsellor (Responsibility and Leadership Foundations, Respect and Teamwork, Integrity & Problem-solving, and Program planning and Implementation)! July is about building our skills before we can choose a week of Kids Camp in August to jump into and be a leader!
