Girls Get Active Summer 2025

Girls Get Active combines the physical and social domains for two hours of fun. Beginning on the court, girls work through fundamental movement and sport-specific skills before joining a team or partner for game play in a new sport or game of focus each week. In the second hour, girls interact with one another through activities like game shows, karaoke, and dance parties that work towards teamwork, enhanced confidence, and boosts of girl power/ good vibes.

Participants should wear comfortable clothing, running shoes, and bring a water bottle.
