Give teens the opportunity to start using the stove and oven safely to prepare foods in their own kitchen. Confidence building and essential for
life! Nutrition basics, plus food safety, as the teens gain independence to make dishes they will make over and over.
Menu includes:

- Homemade Pizza
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Lemony Chicken & Rice

Parents are recommended to supervise and support their child(ren) during all online classes as necessary. All recipes will use common ingredients, with lots of substitutions to accommodate what is available. An email with the zoom link and ingredients will be sent out prior to the class.
