Taste of Greece Cooking Class

This month, Chef Rob will take you to Greece to explore the techniques and classic culinary traditions. You will be led through a variety of authentic Greek recipes including Lamb Kofta, Homemade Pitas, Traditional Greek Salad, Greek Dressings and Sauces, and a Tomato and Orzo Soup. You will gain hands on experience before sitting down to enjoy your meal as a group.
