Chef Nicole will demonstrate how to make pasta from scratch with and without a pasta machine, showing that anyone can master how to make delicious pasta at home. You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and rolling out the dough in this interactive class, so come prepared to get your arm workout in for the evening! Sample pasta and traditional sauces, learn how to hand shape orecchiette (AKA small ears), and how to choose the right pasta for the right sauce.
