Join Chef Rob for his latest "Taste of" class, allowing you to travel to a different country to experience world-class flavours from the comfort of our Marketplace Kitchen!
This month, Chef Rob will take you straight to the Caribbean to explore the techniques and classic culinary traditions. Having spent some time in the Caribbean lately with local Chefs, Chef Rob is bringing back his knowledge to teach you!
You will be led through a variety of authentic recipes including:
- Plantain chips and pineapple salsa
- Learning how to make your own Jerky spice
- Island marinated chicken and rice.
You will gain hands on experience before sitting down to enjoy your meal as a group.
