Description
In this class, Chef Eduardo Perez will be teaching participants how to prepare authentic Mexican food from scratch! Guests are welcome to participate as much as desired in this class, or sit back and watch as Chef Perez demonstrates the skills and techniques required to create the most flavourful dishes.
The menu items for this class include:
- Red Rice (most traditional Mexican rice recipe)
- Chicken Tinga prepared in sopes and tostadas (delicious smokey and chipotle spicy flavor shredded chicken in red sauce)
- Bunuelos (Mexican fritter with sugar and cinnamon)
- Raspberry Atole (Traditional sweet Mexican corn case beverage similar to hot chocolate)
