Family Cooking Class: All About Meat with ForeQuarter

Chef Nicole gets questions all the time about how to choose the best cut of meat, when to marinate, and when to just add your favorite seasoning. So, she thought why not bring in an expert and new vendor to the market to answer your "burning" grilling and meat cookery questions!

In this demo style class, you will gain valuable skills about seasoning, marinating, and the best cooking methods for a variety of cuts of meat. We will cook two proteins and a side dish sure to wow your family or guests at your next gathering!
