*NEW SPCA REFUND POLICY*
  • A 100% refund will be given if you withdraw from a program more than 7 days before the first day of the program.
  • NO REFUND will be given if a request to withdraw is made less than 7 days prior to the first day of the program (some medical exemptions apply).
  • Requests to switch programs will be considered on a case by case basis if space is available in an alternate program during the current session.
  • If a program is cancelled by SPCA, a full refund will be issued by the SPCA if programs have not started. A prorated refund will be issued if the session has already started.
  • Please bring a container to bring home samples and leftover food items.
  • Only registered participants are allowed in the program.
