Nature Art

In “Nature Art”, explore the time-tested connection between art and the environment, deepen your understanding of how artists shape the environments they inhabit, and how nature shapes us as artists. Using a wide variety of artistic mediums and techniques, students root down and branch out with our art educator.

Weeks 2, 5 and tentatively week 8 may include an off-site walking trip (15 minutes) to a nearby park, weather depending.

Projects include crafting shadowbox landscapes, magical wreaths, pressed flower paintings, and personalized reflection stones. The program encourages creative expression, environmental awareness, and artistic growth in a fun and supportive setting.
