Description
This "upbeat" class delivers a solid cardio, strength/stretch workout, keeping you physically fit while offering an option of either standing or sitting in a chair to get into shape.
This one hour class includes:
Warmup (5 min)
Cardio (20 min)
Cool Down (5 min)
Strength & Stretch (25 min)
(Upper & Lower Muscles)
Final Cool Down & Relaxation (5 min)

ONLINE PROGRAM INFORMATION - WINTER 2021
1. The Zoom link required to join your class will be provided in your receipt. If you choose to go back to your account at a later time, the Zoom link will be saved there, however, it will need to be copied and pasted into your browser.
2. The Zoom fitness program will be opened 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
3. Take extra precaution with participating in a virtual fitness class from home, be mindful of the space required and any environmental hazards that might be present.
4. For enhanced privacy and security, use a secure internet connection when joining on virtual programs.
5. Please be mindful of what you will have visible to others in your background as the instructor will want to check in with you once you are present on the Zoom conference line.
