Description
In this intensity interval class participants experience a full body workout using body weight and weight bearing exercises. A variety of circuits will keep everyone active throughout the whole class. Learn exercises to implement at home. Beginner level is for those new to the interval style of exercising and Intermediate is for those who are used to a fast pace of interval exercises.
