• Availability displayed is conditional on rental terms (i.e. minimum # of bookable hours) and required facility set-up time.
• Rental and Payment terms and conditions apply.
• Community organizations or those requesting a multiple dates contract, email the Facility Booking Office directly.
• Indoor facilities cannot be requested/booked more than 8-months in advance of the event date, with the exception of the ARC Community Hall-Full, which can be booked for a full day rental, 2 years in advance.
