Description
This program will be online via video conference where a Kids' Great Minds instructor will provide the live lessons. An email will be sent to families with a link to join the program, as well as software instructions. This workshop is an excellent opportunity for children to be introduced to the basics of coding and game design. Using Scratch (from MIT), a fun and easy to use multimedia software, children will create games and animations while also solving problems and communicating ideas using stackable blocks of code. Required: a computer (PC, Mac or
Chromebook), microphone and speakers.
