The Town of Aurora will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you/or your child sustain as a result of participating in our online virtual recreation programs, or information shared on our website or social media channels. As a result, you should understand that when participating in any virtual recreation program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you/your child engage in an online recreation program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and forever discharge the Town and its Program Instructors from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of your participation in the Town’s online videos or virtual recreation programs.
