Refine your existing skills with our artists to take your art practice to the next level. Explore advanced composition, expressive brushwork, and harness the full spectrum of colour. Perfect for the participants. Elevate your art practice in a dynamic, multi-generational adult setting (ages 16+) with a curriculum specially designed to enrich and refine your existing skills. and knowledge. Please note the list of materials to bring with you to class. Meet the artist-educator: Kathryn is a fine artist, illustrator, and designer who works predominantly in watercolour and acrylic. She is a member of the Society of York Region Artists (SOYRA). Her work has been exhibited at various venues including the University of Guelph, McMaster University Medical Centre, Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibit, Toronto City Hall, Aurora Cultural Centre and Aurora Town Hall. She enjoys sharing her knowledge of the creative process teaching watercolour and acrylic painting to students of all levels. Kathryn’s illustrations have been used on various consumer goods including houseware and stationery. She currently works as an illustrator and designer creating artwork for the textile industry.
