Meet the artist-educator: Karen Johnston (BFA, RECE) is a Toronto-based artist, maker, and Early Childhood Educator with a background in advertising. She founded Mosaic Works, a studio focusing on traditional fine arts. Karen's teaching spans work at the Aurora Cultural Centre, Cedar Ridge Creative Centre, Canadian Contemporary School of Art, Oshawa's Art Resource Centre, and The McMichael Canadian Art Collection.
