BGCGH Cancellation Procedure

Fall/Winter/Spring Programs

2 weeks (14 days) written notice, via email to registration@bgcgh.ca . If this procedure is not followed accounts will be charged.

Summer Programs

Cancellations for all of July service must be submitted in writing via email to registration@bgcgh.ca by June 1st .
Cancellations for all of August service must be submitted in writing via email to registration@bgcgh.ca by July 1st.

If this procedure is not followed, accounts will be charged.
