PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT

Join us for Bowen Rec’s first ever Pickleball Tournament open to players 13+ and all skill levels! This tournament is designed to be an inclusive and welcoming event, emphasizing friendly competition & sportsmanship.

Tournament Details: Ages 13+ welcome: Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, we invite everyone to participate.

Registration Requirements: This is a doubles tournament. Both players on a team must register individually. If you don’t have a partner, no worries! We’ll pair you with another single player to form a team.

Staggered Start Times: Players will be assigned staggered start times based on the number of participants, ensuring everyone has a fair and smooth tournament experience.

At Least Two Games: Every team will play a minimum of two games. Games are a max of 15 minutes, until we reach the semi finals.

Dink Dynasty Rules: To ensure the tournament is inclusive, fair, and enjoyable for all participants special rules and practices will be in place, such as: staggered start times, guaranteed number of games, Friendly Competitor Award, refs for final games, sportsmanship rules, and workshop opportunities during bi games.

Social Fun: Players are encouraged to bring snacks and enjoy some social activities during breaks in between games.

Please note, this is our very first Pickleball tournament, some details may change to better suit players. We look forward to your feedback as we continue to improve and create future tournaments that cater to more specific skills, singles, pool play, round robin, etc.. .
