Description

This class focuses on waking up your muscles with deep stretches, as well as core strength intervals to help improve your balance and stability, core strength, and muscle tone through the use of Pilates bender balls.

Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome!

Drop-in fee: $10 (Payment by cash or credit card on file.)


Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program. If you register after the start of classes, the amount you pay will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes.
