Try It! A series of FREE, fun recreation programs for all ages to celebrate the grand opening of the Bowen Island Community Centre
Fundamentals of Fitness introduces youth to the fundamental principles of fitness, empowering them to develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime. We will get a orientation of the Fitness Centre, while gaining a foundation in physical activity, basic fitness principals with a focus on fun and accessible learning.
Priority will be given to participants who have pre-booked. Drop-in's will be allowed only if space is available.
