Try It! A series of FREE, fun recreation programs for all ages to celebrate the grand opening of the Bowen Island Community Centre

This 50-minute class combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates to target cardio, strength, and flexibility. With graceful, controlled movements, you'll engage your full body, toning muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. The ballet-inspired exercises offer a perfect blend of elegance and power, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and centered. Ideal for anyone looking to enhance their fitness through a dynamic workout.

Priority will be given to participants who have pre-booked. Drop-in's will be allowed only if space is available.
