Get ready for a fun, full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and confidence. This high-energy class will teach you how to punch, kick, and defend yourself with effective techniques while improving cardio fitness and core strength through dynamic resistance exercises. Whether you're a beginner or have experience, this class will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

Instructor Paola brings 12 years of Taekwondo experience and holds a second-degree black belt. With her expert guidance, you'll learn proper form, technique, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Priority will be given to participants who have pre-booked. Drop-in's will be allowed only if space is available.
