Description
High Performance Foundations Camp is designed for young athletes from all sports who want to build strength, boost confidence, and improve their performance both physically and mentally.
Participants will take part in daily sessions that include weight training, field drills, and classroom-style workshops focused on mindset and nutrition.
Whether you’re flipping on the beam, dancing on stage, or sprinting down the field, this camp teaches core athletic foundations that transfer across all activities. Athletes will walk away with a better understanding of how to train smarter, move better, eat for energy, and stay focused under pressure—leaving them empowered, motivated, and ready to take their performance to the next level.
We will meet at the Grass Field each morning
