We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any program or activity due to inclement weather or low enrollment.

Refunds

Program Cancellation:

A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by Community Recreation (pro-rated if into the session). No administration fee will apply.

Requests for Refunds:

Refunds will be issued if received a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the program. The 10% administration fee will apply.

A pro-rated refund will be issued if withdrawal occurs two (2) business days prior to the second class. The 10% administration fee will apply.

No refunds will be issued after that time except for medical reasons (doctors note required as to the medical necessity). The 10% administration fee will apply.

Administration Fee:

A 10% administration fee will apply to the pro-rated amount for all refunds. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card or to your ActiveNet account for future use. A mailed cheque may be requested. Please allow at least 2 weeks for cheque processing.
