Penguins- Hockey Basics

Join us for a non-competitive hockey basics program. For Penguins (4-6yrs) & Polar Bears (7-8yrs) participants will head out on the ice with our enthusiastic staff to learn the basics of hockey and foster the confidence of your hockey beginner. Participants are required to wear full hockey equipment, including a CSA approved helmet. Hockey jerseys will be provided the first week. Caregivers are encouraged to be on the ice for the first few lessons. Skates/Ice spikes are required, and a CSA approved helmet is strongly recommended.
