Program Refund Procedures

Administration Fee:
A 15% administration fee will apply to all program withdrawals. Refunds can be issued from any Parks & Recreation facility through the same form of payment used to pay for the original transaction.

Program Cancellation:
A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by Parks & Recreation. No administration fee will apply.

Requests for Refunds:
A program refund will be issued if received a minimum of five (5) days prior to the start of the program. The administration fee will apply. After this time, a refund will be considered up to the third class of a session for medical or compassionate circumstances only. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes already taken and the administration fee will apply. A medical note may be required.

Note:
Credit and debit card refunds require a third party to process refunds which may take up to 7 business days. Please contact your card provider for more information.
