Get a full-body workout with TRX® suspension training. Using gravity against your own body weight, you work on strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. You can adjust the intensity of the exercises by adjusting body positioning, making it ideal for all fitness levels, even beginners! Wear exercise clothing and shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel.
