Come Try It Class! Active Aging Pilates
(All levels/moderate) In this class we begin with breath and stillness to calm and balance the nervous system, softening the outer body in order to sense the inner body, our fluid centre or core. Then we progress into the structure of Pilates to train and strengthen the core, so that we move more fluidly and with less effort in our lives. Instructor: Giovanna Dean
