Description

Join this "Try it" seniors strength and weight training class. Learn safe weight training exercises and how to use weight training equipment for all levels of abilities. Learn exercises on how to strengthen your muscles . You will also learn how to use a variety of cardiovascular and weight-training machines and gain confidence to exercise in any weight room setting. Come prepared to exercise and bring a water bottle and a towel. This class is instructed by a personal trainer.
