Environment Week - Guided Forest Bathing

This guided forest therapy walks are inspired by Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese art of "Forest Bathing." The intent of this walk is to disconnect from technology and deepen the participant's connection with nature by embracing silence, listening, and feeling elements of the natural environment.
