Hespeler Crafty Creatures Art Camp 6-10yrs Aug 12-16

Theme: Carnival

Lets take a trip to the Carnival for a fair themed arts and crafts week! The City of Cambridge has partnered with Crafty Creatures for this unique and engaging camp all about art and creativity! From popcorn to ferris wheels and everything carnival themed in between, we’ll be sure to craft some memories.

After creating their masterpieces, campers will participate in outdoor activities, active and quiet games, and themed programming. Participants will also swim at the WG Johnson Center, and will travel by foot to the nearby facility, weather dependent.

Participants and Parents will need to complete various checklists prior to entry which will include a Camp Ready Form and a Behaviour Expectation Declaration.

Programs are led by leaders who are trained in HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development and Standard First-Aid. Camp Leaders are screened through the Waterloo Region Police Department and supported by Leaders-in-Training. HIGH FIVE, is a province-wide quality assurance program that provide resources, tools and training to help providers of children's recreation programs measure and improve the quality of their programs. HIGH FIVE training helps ensure our programs are child-focused, age appropriate, safe and fun!

Extended Care: Before Care (7:30-8:30am) and After Care (4:30-5:30pm) available for extra fee. If required, please make sure to choose this extra fee when registering.

Pizza is available to purchase for the Friday of camp during registration. Options include Cheese, Pepperoni, and Gluten free for $2.00 per slice.
