Description
The Ted Wake Centre invites you to a "Ted Wake Talk and Tour" on social wellness. Bring a family member, a friend, or a neighbour to this free event for light refreshments and information on strategies for improving your social health. Come and meet our members that can answer your questions on the activities we offer such as, fitness and sports, arts and crafts, and cards and games. Tours of the facility will be available. Don't miss the short presentation by City of Cambridge's, Age Friendly Coordinator, about combatting social isolation.
