Come join Vicki for “fun and educational”, tips on exercise and nutrition.
You will be introduced to exercises you can do without equipment that will help you maintain and/or improve your mobility.
There will be easy tasks to try to work balance, flexibility and joint mobility. Also, some scientific nutritional information will be discussed.
