Have a great time learning gentle and enjoyable dance sequences tailored for seniors. Each class we will warm up, explore a new music genre, and keep moving with an array of dance styles. Meet like-minded individuals in a welcoming environment. No dance experience needed. Wear indoor running shoes or dance shoes.
