Cycle ONE Spin Instructor Course

Cycle ONE (formerly Reebok Cycle) is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. The program offers 6-8 hours of comprehensive education, covering the history and evolution of cycling, bike setup, postures and positions, drills and skills, and class design. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion and 4 CECs with FIS or PTS from canfitpro. This solid educational foundation allows instructors to develop their unique style and adapt to any brand of bike or club format
