Please arrive dressed and ready for your program.
Please bring a refillable water bottle.
Please bring proof of enrollment on your smartphone or other device to show the front desk.

Face coverings are required for your program unless otherwise listed in the program description online.
Fitness and Gymnasium Programs – no changerooms will be provided. Please arrive dressed and ready to participate.
Aquatic Programs – Changerooms will not be provide prior to your program, please arrive dressed and ready to participate. Changerooms will be available for use after your program to change into dry clothing.
