Description
This class begins with easy to follow, low impact cardio, followed by weight bearing and resistance training exercises used in a gentle manner to help you maintain, and possibly increase your bone mass. Equipment is not necessary however light hand weights and resistance bands may be used. Virtual Classes will be broadcast via Zoom.
