Description

This class is great for beginners and older adults, as its movements have no bouncing or heavy stepping. The workout is designed to focus on coordination, balance, and muscle strength and It finishes with stretching and postural exercises. Equipment is not necessary however light hand weights and resistance bands may be used. Virtual Classes will be broadcast via Zoom.
