This is a non-refundable $278 application fee. If approved, non-profit organizations will receive a $278 credit off their permit

fees.

Please note: Partner Events require a minimum of 18 months in advance of your event date, for new applicants. Renewing applicants can apply August 1st in the year prior to the event.

Once your application fee has been paid and processed your Community Festival & Events Application will be provided to the;

Events Committee, Director, Community Services and the CAO (with the exception of Esplanade Park request, which also requires the approval of Council) for review. Our staff will connect with you within in 2-4 weeks to discuss the application.
