This National Health & Fitness day join us for a free fun filled event, showcasing all the various dance fitness classes we have to offer at the City of Pickering for all fitness levels. Formats include Socacize, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Cardio Dance Kick and Nia. Our amazing instructors will lead you through an exhilarating and inclusive dance fitness experience. No previous experience necessary.
