Description
To feel anger is to be human but to be an angry human is to hurt. Join Vanessa Foley in exploring the origins of your anger, how you can regulate strong emotions, and how to heal the hurt it has caused.
This program is in partnership with the Town of Stony Plain and facilitated by Alycol Integrated Health Services.
