Refund and Transfer Policy
The full registration fee will be refunded or applied to a transfer up to 14 days prior to the start of the program. Within 14 days of the program start date, a refund will not be provided.
Withdrawal Policy
The City of Spruce Grove reserves the right to withdraw any participant or guardian who fails to comply with the rules and regulations, or who engages in any activity deemed contrary to the fulfillment of a City of Spruce Grove program objectives. In such an event, the City of Spruce Grove will be owed the registration fee for the completed session.
