This program is free, but registration by a guardian or caregiver is required.
We have partnered with Community Social Development (CSD) and Alberta Parenting for the Future (APFA) for this FREE “Mind Full” program! Each week staff will take participants through different techniques and activities to explore overall well-being. . Snacks are provided! Join for all the sessions, or join for just one - it's up to you!

In such an event, the City of Spruce Grove will be owed the registration fee for the completed session.
