Join us virtually for live fitness classes! Register once for access to the following schedule from January 11th to March 19th:
  • Mondays 9 am Fitness for Arthritis with Jessica
  • Mondays 2:30 pm 20/20/20 with Karen
  • Tuesdays 10:30 am 20/20/20 with Katie
  • Tuesdays 12:15 pm Zumba Gold with Karen
  • Wednesdays 9 am Yoga with Greg
  • Wednesdays 4pm Bodyweight Bootcamp with Karen
  • Wednesdays 7pm Meditation with Karen
  • Thursdays 12:15 pm Soup Can Sculpt with Karen
  • Fridays 9:30 am Stretch and Sculpt with Katie
  • Fridays 11:30 am Chair Yoga with Jess
  • Fridays 1 pm H.I.I.T with Jess
After registering you will receive an email containing a session calendar with unique links to each class. The class will be hosted by a Clarington Certified Fitness Instructor on Microsoft Teams - no software download necessary. You can access the class on your Desktop or Laptop Computer, tablet or smartphone. Detailed instructions will accompany the welcome email.
