Classes cancelled by Comox Recreation

Full or pro-rated refund as appropriate

Customer withdrawal from Comox Recreation Program

Full or pro-rated refund as appropriate
Withdrawal five or more days prior to the program start date; full refund, no penalty.
Less than 5 days prior to program start date; full refund, $8 +GST administration fee charged per program
After program has begun, pro-rated refund based on the date of withdrawal; $8 + GST administration fee charged per program.
Full or pro-rated refund as appropriate with a doctor's note.
No refunds issued after a program has ended.

Program titles that end with "C" are offered by independent contractors. Refund policies are at their discretion. Refunds are subject t0 $8 + GST administration fee per registration.
