CCSD is excited to offer students diploma preparation courses for exams taking place in NOVEMBER 2022.

For the November exam session diploma preparation courses will be available at Notre Dame High School, 11900 Country Village Link NE

DO NOT register for November Diploma Preparation if your diploma exam will be held in January of 2023. Diploma Preparation courses will be held in December and January to support students taking diploma exams in January of 2023.

COST: $75 per course

LOCATION: Notre Dame High School, 11900 Country Village Link NE

DURATION: 12 hours of teacher instruction & support

CLASS SIZE: Ranging from approximately 20-30 students

REGISTRATION:

- Registration is open to CCSD students on October 4th, 2022. Be sure to check the Registration Calendar for registration closing dates. Note: There is no registration for Non-CCSD students.

- NO REFUNDS except in cases where a course is cancelled due to low enrollment.

RESOURCES:

All registered students will receive a subject specific course review package. Your diploma preparation course teacher will provide this review package on the first day of classes.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Students and instructors are expected to follow current District and AHS protocols regarding COVID-19 Safety.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Attendance on the first day of class is essential as much of the course overview is reviewed the first day. If a student must miss a class, they are expected to make up the materials on their own time. Refunds are not granted for missed classes. Attendance is important as teachers are instruction, working with, and supporting students throughout the assigned class time.

COURSE FIRST DAY INFORMATION:

- Be sure to keep your receipt after you finish your registration as it has important information about the start of your class.

- 2-3 days prior to the start of your class you will receive an email, to the email account you used during registration, with further course start information.

- Be on time for all class sessions

Diploma Preparation Courses are located on our school district's Brightspace (D2L) platform. Be sure to check your Brighspace D2L the morning your course starts as you will see a new course listed specifically for diploma preparation content and communication.
