Intro to Roller Skating Level 2 - (Fall 2023)

This 10-week program, facilitated by members of the Brick House Betties expands on the basics from Level 1 such as falls, stops, stride, backwards, transitions, and edges. We will work to build strength, confidence, and technique for those looking to progress to roller derby or improve their recreational skating through derby based skills.

All participants require: roller skates, helmet (a bike helmet will do), knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards and a mouth guard. The Betties may have some gear available to lend; if needed, please contact brickhousebetties@gmail.com to discuss borrowing gear.
