Description
This course involves online and in-person training. You MUST complete the online portion before attending the in-person training.
Participants will be enrolled for the online portion of the course on July 4th The online course takes roughly 8 hours to complete.
The in-person session will take place on July 29th.
Participants will receive an email from Red Cross with instructions on how to access their online course 4 weeks before the course date.
Once participants have successfully completed the online portion they will receive an online certificate that they can print and bring with them to their in-class training.
This course covers instruction on the prevention, recognition, and treatment of life-threatening emergencies.
Requirements for completion
Successfully demonstrate all required skills.
100% attendance and participation
75% Passing Grade on the written test
