The pool schedule is promoted in advance of each season. Swim times and program changes do occur each season. The pool schedule and programs offered will not remain the same as at the time of your membership/pass purchase.

Unplanned Pool Closures

Membership extensions will not be granted for an emergency or unplanned pool closure if less than 14 of days.

Membership extensions may be granted for an emergency or unplanned pool closure more than 14 of days. The extension may be granted for the number of days above and beyond 14 days.

Planned Maintenance Shutdown

For planned maintenance shutdown less than 14 days, membership extensions will not be granted.

For planned maintenance shutdown beyond 14 days, membership extensions may be granted for the number of days above and beyond 14 days.

Medical Reasons

A membership extension may be granted due to medical reasons.Requests to be made in writing. Proof of medical reason (ie. Doctors note) may be required.
